This Privacy Policy describes how Ellara Therapy, Inc. ("Ellara," "we") collects, uses, and shares the personal information of visitors and customers of ellaratherapy.com.

What we collect

When you visit, place an order, or sign up for the waitlist, we may collect:

  • Contact information: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses.
  • Payment information: processed by Shopify Payments and/or Klarna. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Device information: IP address, browser type, time zone, cookie data.
  • Order information: what you bought, when, and where it shipped.
  • Communication content: emails you send us at hello@ellaratherapy.com.

How we use it

  • To fulfill orders, including shipping and customer support.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, return labels).
  • To send marketing emails when you've opted in (waitlist, newsletter). You can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link.
  • To improve the site, measure conversion, and detect fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers (Shopify, Klarna, USPS, Klaviyo for email) — only as needed to deliver our service.
  • Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Email hello@ellaratherapy.com to exercise any of them.

Cookies

We use cookies for cart functionality, analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics), and marketing attribution (Meta Pixel). You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep order data for as long as needed to provide warranty service (one year minimum, longer for tax records — typically 7 years for accounting compliance).

International transfers

We're a US company, so personal information may be processed in the United States. By using the site you consent to this transfer.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers.
