30-night trial
You have 30 days from the day The Ellara One arrives to try it. Not 30 days from the order date — 30 full nights of use, starting when the box opens.
How it works
- Email hello@ellaratherapy.com with your order number and a sentence about why it didn't work for you.
- We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.
- Pack the mask, the controller, the cable, and the head strap back into the original box (or any sturdy box if you don't have it).
- Once the return arrives at our warehouse, your refund hits the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
What's refundable
The full $329 purchase price. No restocking fee. No return shipping cost. No questions about why you're returning.
Edge cases
- Damaged in shipping? Contact us immediately. We send a replacement same-day, before any back-and-forth. Don't return the damaged unit until we've confirmed.
- Past 30 days? We can still help with warranty claims (manufacturing defects, faulty LEDs, controller issues) for 12 months from delivery. See our Support & Warranty page.
- Multiple units? Each unit is eligible for return individually. The 30-day window applies per unit, starting on its own delivery date.
What's not covered
- Units showing signs of drop damage, water exposure, or unauthorized modification
- Returns initiated after the 30-day window
- Cosmetic wear from heavy use
