These terms govern your use of ellaratherapy.com and your purchase of The Ellara One. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Ellara Therapy, Inc. ("Ellara," "we," "us") is a Wyoming corporation operating from Wyoming, USA. Contact: hello@ellaratherapy.com.

2. Product

The Ellara One is an FDA-Cleared Class II medical device for the treatment of acne and wrinkles via LED light therapy. Sold direct-to-consumer at $329 USD via this website only. We are not currently sold through third-party retailers.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments or accepted third-party processors (Klarna, Shop Pay, etc.). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute order acceptance — your card is authorized at checkout and charged on shipment.

6. Warranty

The Ellara One is covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. See our Support & Warranty page for what's covered and not covered.

7. Use of the device

The Ellara One is intended for personal at-home use by adults. It is not intended for use on or by children, pregnant individuals without physician approval, or individuals with photosensitivity disorders.

Use the device only as directed in the included user manual. Misuse voids the warranty.

8. Intellectual property

The Ellara brand, The Ellara One name, the website content, and all related marks are the property of Ellara Therapy, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any of it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellara Therapy, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the device.

We make no claims that LED therapy will resolve specific skin concerns for every individual. Results vary by skin type, consistency of use, and the rest of your routine.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
