Where we ship
Within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is not available at launch — we'll announce countries as we expand.
Cost
Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum. There are no shipping fees added at checkout.
How long
Orders ship within 3 business days of being placed. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days from there, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within a week.
How it ships
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment the package leaves our warehouse.
What if it's lost or damaged?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact hello@ellaratherapy.com with your order number. We file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost.
If the box arrives visibly damaged, take a photo before opening, then email us. Replacement same-day, no return needed in most cases.
Expedited shipping
Not currently offered. We're keeping shipping costs out of the product price; expedited options would change that math. Most orders arrive within a week of order date.
Address changes
If you need to update the shipping address, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been packed, we can't reroute it without canceling and re-creating it.
